And if we start with tires, to driveshaft, to transmission.value keeps going down, reports to car fax. I do not believe a Lemon Law attorney will accomplish anything-Hyundai will say they have not had a chance to fix it b/c first and selling dealer did not look at the problem.so lemon law attorney and Hyundai will say.try another dealer. Read others complaints they do not have the parts in stock, will keep my car for days, etc. I cannot take time out of my day to keep going to dealers-one offered to look at the car, but again that leaves me trying to find a ride home, have someone follow me and drop it off in the evening, etc. Hyundai will do as they have-telling me to go to another dealer and another-Again, no time for this. Just imagine your car fax when you do sell it it-will possibly state new driveshaft (s), new transmission-if you were going to buy this car used and saw that on a car fax, would you buy it? I would not. But read on-new car with lots of issues.cracked windshields, peeling paint, driveshaft or could be transmission vibration. I contacted independent driveline/driveshaft place and they said car is too new and they could not get enough info on it. Hyundai told me they will not buy the car back. After 3 months I cannot get dealer/service to say car vibrates or get Hyundai USA corporate to honor TSB/try to fix. I have yet to go over 77 according to the HUD-but any length of time is painful, uncomfortable, and has you tingling for some time after you get out. ![]() Sadly, I found the car to be very painful in my hands, right leg (gas pedal), right foot, and lower back after 30 minutes at 65-75. So much so, that I took a 5 hour round trip and drove my 2010 Mercury Mariner vs. At 64/65 the vibration sets in & it is very, very uncomfortable to drive. It is a family car, meant for family trips on highways that have normal posted speeds of 70. I, too love so many things about the car, but opting to sell it.
